CANCELLATION POLICY
At The Refinery, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the highest level of care and accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a fee equal to 20% of the average service cost for the scheduled treatment. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we always strive to be fair and understanding. This policy allows us to continue offering a premium, personalized experience for every client.
